Alpha is open to fulfillment operations shipping 100–2,000+ packages per day within the continental US. We'll follow up within a few days to learn more about your setup before confirming a spot.

A heads-up on hardware: PolyBag supports both ZPL thermal printers and PDF label printing, and works with most scales and printers. We're still in alpha, so hardware compatibility issues can come up. Remote testers should be comfortable with some troubleshooting — we'll be with you every step of the way, but it's worth knowing going in.

Thanks for applying!

We'll be in touch within a few days to learn more about your setup. In the meantime, feel free to reach out at hello@polybag.app.

How many workstations would be running PolyBag simultaneously?

Hardware (optional)
Know your printer, scale, or scanner models? Adding them helps us check compatibility before your first session.
PolyBag supports both ZPL thermal printers and PDF label printing. ZPL is faster and skips OS printer drivers but takes more setup — we'll help either way.
Most scales should work, including USB and serial models. USB/HID scales are plug-and-play — serial or non-standard interfaces may need some extra setup time.
Any scanner with a USB keyboard (HID) mode should be compatible.

PolyBag was born out of two decades of hands-on fulfillment work — packing, shipping, and solving the same problems every high-volume operation runs into. It's built to ship quickly, efficiently, and cheaply, because that's what the job demands.
