You pay $0.05 for each label successfully printed and handed to a carrier. The $49/month minimum means your first 1,000 labels are covered — if you ship more, each additional label is billed at $0.05. Voided labels that never reach a carrier are not counted.
Yes. PolyBag connects to your existing USPS, FedEx, and UPS accounts so you ship at your own negotiated rates. We do not act as a carrier reseller or add a markup to postage.
Unlimited on every plan. You can add as many team members and set up as many shipping stations as your operation requires without any additional per-seat or per-station fee.
On-premise means PolyBag runs on servers you own and control rather than our cloud infrastructure. This option is suited for operations with strict data residency, compliance, or air-gap requirements. On-premise is priced separately — use the quote form above to discuss your requirements.
PolyBag currently supports Amazon via the Selling Partner API (SP-API) and Shopify via the Admin API, and can connect to customer-managed databases. Additional integrations — additional marketplaces, ERPs, or custom data sources — are available as add-ons. See our Privacy Policy for how recipient data is handled across each source.
Cloud plans can be cancelled at any time with no penalty — you'll be billed through the end of your current billing period. On-premise and high-volume arrangements use custom terms agreed to at the time of the quote.
