Currently in early access: Get 2 months free, then 50% off for 12 months. Standard rates are shown below.
No per-user fees, no volume tiers, no surprise line items. Pay per label, or a flat monthly fee per station.
We're onboarding the first wave of alpha and early-access customers now. Start with full access — every feature, either plan. When the free period ends, your rate drops to half of list for a full year, and stays locked there for all 12 months even if list pricing changes.
Limited to the first wave of early customers.
Which one's cheaper for me? Multiply a station's daily label count by $0.05. Once that clears roughly $199/month — about 180 labels a day — the flat station rate is cheaper. Below that, per-label wins.
Shipping far past 4,000 labels a month per station, or need PolyBag running on infrastructure you own for data residency, air-gap, or compliance reasons? Both are quoted per engagement.
Custom development work is scoped and priced separately from the base subscription. All add-ons are available on Cloud and On-Premise plans.

You pay $0.05 for each label successfully printed and handed to a carrier — no monthly minimum and no volume tiers. Voided labels that never reach a carrier are not counted. If a station consistently ships more than about 180 labels a day, the flat $199/month per-station plan works out cheaper.
Your account moves to the standard rate for whichever plan you're on — $0.05/label or $199/month per station. We give at least 60 days' notice before that happens, so there's time to review usage and pick the plan that fits. Your early-access rate is locked for the full 12 months even if list pricing changes in the meantime.
Yes, at any time. Switching takes effect at the start of your next billing period, and there's no fee or contract change for moving between per-label and per-station billing.
Yes. Billing is set per station, so a high-volume pack bench can sit on the flat $199/month plan while quieter stations stay on per-label. You can rebalance as volume shifts — seasonal peaks are a common reason to do it.
Yes. PolyBag connects to your existing USPS, FedEx, and UPS accounts so you ship at your own negotiated rates. We do not act as a carrier reseller or add a markup to postage.
Unlimited users on both plans — add as many team members as your operation requires with no per-seat fee. On the per-label plan, stations are unlimited too; on the per-station plan, each station you bill for supports as many operators as you need.
On-premise means PolyBag runs on servers you own and control rather than our cloud infrastructure. This option is suited for operations with strict data residency, compliance, or air-gap requirements. On-premise is priced separately — use the quote form above to discuss your requirements.
PolyBag currently supports Amazon through the Selling Partner API (SP-API), Shopify through the Admin API, and direct connections to customer-managed SQL databases—including MySQL, Microsoft SQL Server, and PostgreSQL. This means many ERP systems with an accessible SQL database can integrate with PolyBag without requiring a separate custom integration. Additional marketplaces, ERPs, and other custom data sources are available as add-ons. See our Privacy Policy for how recipient data is handled across each source.
Yes. Both plans can be cancelled at any time with no penalty — you'll be billed through the end of your current billing period. On-premise and high-volume arrangements use custom terms agreed to at the time of the quote.
